Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band headquartered out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), including their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their track, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) using his LiveJournal webpage.
